Trial Service

Description

We offer a convenient Trial Service for all USA customers interested in our in-stock jewelry. You can try on rings and other pieces before committing to the final purchase. To initiate a trial, you must purchase the Trial Service along with the specific jewelry item you wish to try on.

Please Note:

The trial fee covers fully insured two-way shipping, signature confirmation, and a prepaid return label for a secure and seamless experience.

This service may not be available during the holiday season, from the end of November through December. It will resume in January.

*While you are welcome to try on the jewelry, please ensure it is returned in new and unworn condition. Any signs of wear may result in a fee upon return.

Procedure:
1. Contact Us: Please contact us before purchasing this option to ensure that the item(s) you are considering are available for trial.

2. Purchase the Listing: Purchase this listing with the item(s) you are interested in. For sizing, please select the stock size.

3. Receive & Return: Trial item(s) will be shipped to you. Please share your feedback with us and the parcel must be dropped off within 7 days after receiving the item with the prepaid label that we will provide. Postal receipts must be retained.

Once the jewelry is received, you have the following options:
A) If you decide to keep all items from your trial service, we’ll be happy to refund you $20 to cover the cost of return shipping since there won’t be any items to send back.

B) If you decide not to proceed, the item’s total amount will be refunded to you after the item is received in its original state. The trial service fee is non-refundable.

C) If you decide that you would like to return any of the item(s) for resizing or modifications, the trial service fee is non-refundable. Please note: an additional fee will apply for resizing above size 8.5.
