LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: We are NOTresponsible for lost or stolen packages.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: USPS estimates express shipping between 4-7 business days.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: During November through December, USPS has higher than normal order volume. Customers may experience extended shipping times. Once shipped, USPS estimates delayed delivery between 10-30 days.
The buyer is responsible for any import fees charged by customs.

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached.
All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.
Exchangesare accepted. Please contact us atonlinestoreso that we can help you find the correct exchange. You will need to send the jewelry you wish to exchange back to us at Vince Jewelers 618 E Marine Corps Drive Hagatna, Guam 96910 with USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. When the items are received, we will notify you. If there is a price difference, we will send you a link to complete payment for the price difference plus $10 for return shipping. If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. Finally, we will prepare the exchanged jewelry for shipment and email you a shipment notification.
